What if i need to cancel my order?

Please notify us of cancellations 72 hours before your set pick-up/delivery date to be able to receive a full refund. Orders cancelled any time after the 72-hour deadline will not receive a refund but will be able to use store credit for a later date.

How long will my board stay fresh?

Although we always recommend serving your charcuterie board same day, your boards can stay fresh in the fridge for up to 6 hours sealed. Please notify us if you will be saving your board so we may serve your crackers on the side to prevent sogginess.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We are able to make vegetarian/vegan boards, as well as nut and gluten-free. Please let us know of a food allergy or dietary restriction upon ordering.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

We do. All of our delivery fees vary depending upon specific location/mileage within the Central FL area. We also serve Tampa and Poinciana.

Do you take last minute orders?

Yes, we do. However, a rush order placed 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery time, will incur additional fees.
