What if i need to cancel my order?
Please notify us of cancellations 72 hours before your set pick-up/delivery date to be able to receive a full refund. Orders cancelled any time after the 72-hour deadline will not receive a refund but will be able to use store credit for a later date.
How long will my board stay fresh?
Although we always recommend serving your charcuterie board same day, your boards can stay fresh in the fridge for up to 6 hours sealed. Please notify us if you will be saving your board for later so we may serve your crackers/bread on the side.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We can create vegetarian/vegan boards, as well as nut and gluten-free. Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions upon ordering.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
We do. All of our delivery fees vary depending upon specific location/mileage within the Central FL area. We also serve Tampa and Poinciana.
Do you take last minute orders?
Yes, we do. However, a rush order placed 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery time, will incur additional fees.
